CHP-160S carbon dioxide Incubator is a high-performance carbon dioxide Incubator developed using advanced technology and new processes. The control accuracy of using infrared CO2 sensor is accurate and stable. It has the characteristics of fast heating and small error in temperature and CO2 concentration. It adopts mirror stainless steel inner tank and is easy to clean. The door temperature heating system can effectively prevent condensation on the glass door inside the box, thus preventing the possibility of microbial contamination caused by condensed water.
The CO2 Incubator has two heating methods: water jacket type and air jacket type, which can heat up quickly and have good uniformity.
The temperature sensor is Pt100 platinum resistor, which has good interchangeability.
The temperature control circuit uses two sensors: alarm and main control box temperature. Even if the main control circuit is out of control, the alarm circuit can still limit the temperature, greatly improving reliability.
The carbon dioxide input loop is uniquely designed and can be quickly restored after opening the door (for example: when the concentration is 5%, the recovery time does not exceed 6 minutes, and when the concentration is 10%, the recovery time does not exceed 12 minutes). The carbon dioxide concentration is input by the air and carbon dioxide ratio, and the concentration is not affected by the Humidity and other effects.
Humidity is natural evaporation.
It adopts a double door structure, the outer door adopts a magnetic door seal structure, and the inner chamber glass door and box adopt silicone rubber sealing strips, which has good sealing performance, avoids contamination and facilitates observation.
