Application scope

Features

• The equipment shell is made of high-quality A3 steel plate CNC machine tool processing, and the surface of the shell is spray-painted to make it more smooth and beautiful; the inner tank is made of SUS304 high-quality stainless steel plate;

• The insulation material is high-density glass fiber wool (thickness 100mm), which prevents the indoor temperature from being transmitted to the outside of the equipment and ensures that the temperature inside the box is balanced and stable;

• The mixing system uses a long-axis fan motor and a stainless steel multi-wing impeller that is resistant to high-low temperatures to achieve forced convection and vertical diffusion circulation to make the temperature and humidity in the laboratory uniform and stable; a double-layer resistant layer is used between the door and the box of the equipment. High- and low-temperature high-tensile sealing strips ensure the sealing of the test area.

• The temperature control instrument adopts digital display high-precision integrated controller, accuracy: 0.1℃ (display range);

• The temperature control adopts the P·I·D+S·S·R system for coordinated control on the same channel. It has an automatic calculation function and can immediately correct the temperature change conditions, making the temperature control more accurate and stable.
