This machine is specially used to test the adhesion of copper foil circuits on PC boards or the fastness of tin foil, lead foil, tape, etc. to the surface of objects. During the test, the test piece is peeled off at a vertical angle. The actual 90 degree peel strength can be measured. Optional high-precision digital push-pull force meter.

Safety Precautions

1. The testing machine only uses single-phase 220V AC power supply.

2. Do not place flammable objects around the testing machine to avoid fire.

3．The test case must be grounded, otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

4. The incoming line end of the power supply should be connected to a leakage protection air with a certain amount; switches and contactors can cut off the power supply in case of emergency.

5. Never touch the electromagnet when the machine is working.

6．If you need to move the machine, you must cut off the power supply before moving.
