Introduction

These Testers are commonly used in the power engineering and wire and cable manufacturing industries to ensure that cable insulation materials have sufficient durability and scratch resistance to prevent external environmental or mechanical stress from damaging the cable insulation.
The automobile wire scratch resistance testing machine is a device for scratching the insulation surface of automobile wires. This machine scrapes the insulation surface reciprocally along the axial direction of the sample. When the scraper needle wears through the insulation and contacts the conductor, the machine automatically stops.
