CHINA NBC-4325 Automotive Wire Scratch Tester, Scratch Tester
The diameter of the scraping needle is 0.45mm, the material meets the requirements of GB/T4358, the scraping speed is adjustable from 10 to 60 times/minute (one back and forth movement is once), and it has a self-determined stop function. When the scraping needle wears through the insulation and contacts the conductor, it will automatically stop.

Introduction
The automobile wire scratch resistance testing machine is a device for scratching the insulation surface of automobile wires. The machine scrapes the insulation surface reciprocally along the axial direction of the sample, and stops automatically when the scraper needle wears through the insulation and contacts the conductor.
This machine complies with ISO6722, QC/T730, JB/T8139, JASO D611, DIN72551, VW60306 and other test standards.
