Application
H100 bulk density meter is designed and produced in accordance with the provisions of the national standard GB/T 16913-2008 of the People's Republic of CHINA. This device is suitable for measuring bulk density using the natural accumulation method.
principle
The dust falls freely from the funnel mouth at a certain height and fills the measuring cylinder; the mass of the unit volume of dust in the measuring cylinder in the loose state is measured, that is, the dust accumulation density.

The outlet diameter is Ø 12.7mm, made of stainless steel (304), and the funnel taper is 60°±0.5°.
plugging rod
Made of stainless steel (304), used to prevent dust from falling when it is loaded into the funnel.
Balance (optional)
The maximum weighing capacity is 1Kg and the accuracy is 0.02 g.
measuring cylinder
A stainless steel (304 material) graduated cylinder with a volume of 100mL and an inner diameter of Φ39mm.
scraper
Plastic material used to remove excess dust as it is loaded into the hopper.
