FRARIV G100 Hall Flow Meter, metal powder flowability

Application

The G100 Hall flow meter is designed and produced in accordance with the national standards of the People's Republic of CHINA GB/T 1482-2010. This device is suitable for measuring the flowability of metal powders (including cemented carbide powders) using the standard funnel method. This device can be used for any powder that can flow freely through a standard funnel with a specified aperture (aperture of 2.5mm or 5mm).

Principle

Measure the time required for 50g of metal powder to flow through a standard size funnel.

Instrument composition

Standard funnel (aperture 2.5mm, 5.0mm) 

Standard funnels are made of stainless steel (304 material) and have sufficient wall thickness and hardness to prevent deformation and excessive wear. 

Stand and vibration-free horizontal base 

The stand and vibration-free horizontal base support the funnel stably. 

Balance (optional) 

The balance should have sufficient range and weigh the sample accurately to ±0.05g.

Stopwatch 

The stopwatch can measure time accurately to ±0.01s. 

measuring cylinder 

A stainless steel (304 material) measuring cylinder with a volume of 25ml. Users can refer to the provisions of the National Standard of the People's Republic of CHINA GB/T 1479.1-2011 and use the standard funnel method to determine the bulk density of metal powder.
