RDS#24 color scraping rod has two types: forming type and wire winding type. The thickness of the coating film that can be prepared is 54.9 microns, the effective width of coating is 30cm, and there are 5cm grip parts at both ends. RDS Wound Wire Rod Coater is to wind the steel wire on a steel rod, and the thickness of the prepared wet film is controlled by the diameter of the steel wire. The RDS wire bar applicator is made of 303 high-grade stainless steel, which is not easy to break the wire.
