Introduction
CT300 Coating Thickness Gauge is an instrument used to measure the thickness of coatings or coatings on the surface of the substrate. Provides fast, accurate coating thickness measurement. These instruments help ensure product quality and performance, preventing over- or under-coating, thereby improving the protective properties, appearance quality and durability of the coating. It is widely used in metal processing, chemical industry, commodity inspection, electroplating, spraying, pipeline anti-corrosion, aluminum profiles, steel structure and other industries. Features
Two thickness measurement methods, magnetic and eddy current, are adopted, which can measure both the thickness of the non-magnetic covering layer on the magnetic metal substrate and the thickness of the non-conductive covering layer on the non-magnetic metal substrate;
Split (the sensor and the instrument are connected through leads), dual-purpose (F type and N type in one);
It has two measurement methods: continuous measurement method (CONTINUE) and single measurement method (SINGLE);
Support thermal printing, instant report output;
With statistical functions, average value (MEAN), maximum value (MAX), minimum value (MIN), number of tests (NO,), standard deviation (S.DEV);
With storage function: can store 500 measurement values.
