The BM-SG12BDP tablet computer transmission and reflection microscope (bright/dark field) is developed to meet the needs of the semiconductor industry, silicon wafer manufacturing, electronic information industry, and metallurgical industry. As a user of a transmission and reflection microscope, you can experience its super performance when using it. It can be widely used in the detection of grease, semiconductors, FPD, circuit packaging, circuit substrates, materials, castings/metal/ceramic components, and precision molds.
This instrument adopts two forms of illumination: epi-illumination and transmission. Under epi-illumination, light and dark field observation, DIC observation, and polarized light observation can be performed. Brightfield observation under transmitted light. The stable and high-quality optical system makes the image clearer and the contrast better. Ergonomic design makes you feel comfortable and relaxed while working.
