RDS#42 wire rod applicator is also called coating rod and wire rod. It is a wire-wound wire rod made of 303 stainless steel and using the Mayer-Bar principle for the precise preparation of 96um wet film. U.S. RDS#42 rod coater has a Total length of 40mm and a scraping part of 30mm. At present, this model is popular in architectural coatings and pigment pastes. RDS#42 wire rod coater has 2 optional diameters, including 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch. In addition, the forming (extrusion) process also has 1/4 diameter to choose from.
