Introduction
The pendulum Hardness Tester provides a method to measure the elasticity and viscoelasticity of a coating film. Place the coating film under the pendulum and measure the swing time of the pendulum to determine the elasticity of the coating film. The principle is to support the two small stainless steel balls on the pendulum Hardness Tester on the dried coating and swing them in a certain period. The softer the coating surface, the faster the swing amplitude of the pendulum attenuates.
