Introduction

The production hot melt adhesive coating machine is a device used to coat hot melt adhesive on the surface of different materials. This type of machine is typically used in industrial production environments where hot melt adhesive needs to be applied evenly to the surface of a product for bonding, sealing or coating purposes.

The maximum coating width of the pilot production hot melt adhesive coating machine is 1000mm. The two Teflon baffles in the glue tank can easily adjust the coating width to suit different needs. The machine supports unlimited length of coating and gluing, and has an automatic rewinding function, which greatly improves production efficiency. The forward and reverse stepless speed change function makes the operation more flexible, and the coating speed can be adjusted in a wide range, from 1 to 10m/min. The adjustable knob on the unwind reel allows you to change the tension to suit different materials, while the take-up reel uses mechanical tension control to ensure stability during pickup.
