HANNA HI97739 Fluoride HR Portable Photometer

Introduction

The HI97739 Fluoride HR Portable Photometer is an instrument used to measure the fluoride ion (F⁻) content in water. Fluoride is a common anion that is widely found in nature, but may have adverse effects on human health at high concentrations. It is often used in drinking water monitoring, industrial production process control and other fields to ensure that the concentration of fluoride ions in the water is within a safe range and meets the requirements of relevant standards and regulations.

The HI97739 Fluoride HR Portable Photometer meets IP67 waterproof standards and features an innovative optical system design that provides excellent accuracy, repeatability and time required to make measurements. The CAL CheckTM feature allows performance verification of the instrument using NIST traceable standards and Calibration, multiple measurement methods, built-in reaction timer to ensure consistent results between sample measurements and users, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) display of date and time of last user calibration, battery status indicator light and automatic power-off setting.
