Introduction
HI96841 is a desktop digital refractive maltose analyzer with a simple and compact design. Converts the refractive index of the wort to Platonic degrees and all readings are automatically temperature compensated. Readings take only 1.5 seconds response time. Large LCD display with double lines showing measurement readings and temperature readings. IP65-rated splash-proof housing.
