Introduction
LS237 paint film meter is professionally used for vehicle paint thickness detection. The instrument can not only measure the thickness of car paint on iron and aluminum materials, identify non-metallic casings, but also intelligently identify the iron powder putty layer and iron galvanized layer, making the vehicle condition clear at a glance. LS237 uses a three-color backlight and three-color indicator light display. The screen and buttons display different colors of light according to different car paint thicknesses, making it easy to understand the car paint thickness. The LS237 screen can be rotated for easy reading. The LS237 paint film meter is also powered by a rechargeable lithium battery with ultra-low power consumption. The instrument also has Bluetooth function, is equipped with a paint film meter applet and APP, and supports the export and sharing of vehicle inspection reports.
Features
Intelligent identification of iron powder putty. In the iron/aluminum mode, the instrument can automatically identify iron powder putty. There will be two beeps during measurement, and the screen backlight and button indicators will both light up in red.
One machine has multiple functions and can intelligently identify car body base materials. In the iron/aluminum mode, the instrument can quickly detect iron, aluminum, iron-galvanized and non-metal car bodies. One machine has multiple uses and can easily identify car body base materials.
Three-color display, the thickness of the car paint can be seen at a glance. The three-color display can be turned on or off in the settings. After opening the instrument, the screen backlight and button indicator light display three colors according to the thickness of the car paint.
When the car paint thickness is less than 170 μm, the white backlight displays and the indicator light displays green; when the car paint thickness is between 170-350 μm, the yellow backlight displays and the indicator light flashes yellow twice; when the car paint thickness is greater than 350 μm or iron powder putty is identified, red Backlight display, indicator light flashes red twice.
Equipped with WeChat applet and APP, it can generate vehicle inspection reports, has Bluetooth data transmission function, and can be operated online with WeChat applet or mobile APP to generate test reports from test data, and the report can be saved or shared.
The mobile phone number can be bound to prevent loss. Through the function of binding the mobile phone number through the mini program, the instrument will display its own mobile phone number when it is turned on to prevent loss.
The instrument has a large range and can measure the thickness up to 3500μm.
It is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery and charged through the Type-C interface. It has ultra-low power consumption and can last for more than 50 hours on a single charge.
The measurement speed is fast and there is no need to wait. The instrument has an ultra-fast response speed and can complete a measurement in 0.5s.
The instrument uses a hard and wear-resistant ruby ââprobe to reduce measurement errors caused by wear and extend the service life of the instrument.
Using advanced digital probe technology, digital signal processing is completed directly on the probe. The probe is not susceptible to interference and provides excellent test accuracy to ensure very good repeatability throughout the measurement process and maintain data stability.
