CTG-802-1500FN is a split-type coating Thickness Gauge for both iron and aluminum. It can automatically identify the substrate and adopts magnetic induction and eddy current automatic conversion technology. The measurement method complies with international standards ISO2178, ISO2360 and national standards GB4956, GB4957. It can quickly, non-destructively and accurately measure the thickness of coatings and coatings, and can be used in both laboratories and engineering sites. Features
Adopting two thickness measurement methods, magnetic and eddy current, it can non-destructively measure the thickness of non-magnetic coatings (such as aluminum, chromium, copper, zinc, enamel, etc.) on magnetic metal substrates (such as steel, iron, alloys and hard magnetic steel, etc.) The thickness of the non-conductive covering layer (such as enamel, rubber, paint, plastic, etc.) on the non-magnetic metal substrate (such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, etc.).
The spring guide probe with super wear-resistant carbide probe can ensure the probe has constant pressing force and stable sampling value when measuring on hard or rough surfaces, and the probe has a wear resistance of 500,000 times or more.
