LOYDS Manual Proofing Tool Kit

Introduction

The Hand Proofing Tool Kit consists of a compact kit packed in a sturdy wooden box. It quickly generates proof that the copy showing ink will appear on the press-printed copy. The kit consists of a smooth flat glass plate, a steel measuring rod and a plunger for obtaining an accurate predetermined volume of ink, and a steel scraper for filling the measuring rod. The roller assembly consists of a nitrile PVC mixing roller, suitable for traditional inks, hybrid inks and UV inks. The function of the roller is to distribute the ink on the printing plate and perform proofing.
