Introduction
CY-SP-04-HT high-throughput ultrasonic pyrolysis spraying is the process of depositing thin films by spraying a solution on a heated surface where the components react to form compounds. This method is particularly useful for the deposition of oxides and has long been a production method for applying a transparent electrical conductor of tin oxide (SnO2) or tin oxide to a glass substrate. Now, this technique is increasingly being used to prepare perovskite thin films and battery electrodes.
CY-SP-04-HT is a high-throughput spray pyrolysis system, which carries three types of solutions and coats different composition combinations with a programmed diameter of up to 18mm. Up to 36 positions on the substrate. The coating chamber is vacuumable, allowing spray cracking to be carried out in a controlled atmosphere. This is a smart device that can more quickly explore a new generation of materials for battery electrodes and perovskite solar cells.
