Instrument Introduction

Automatic digital display pull-off adhesion Tester is a newly developed intelligent adhesion testing instrument, it pulls off the coating of a specific area through hydraulic pressure, the whole process of pull-off is automatically completed by the instrument, the pull-off speed is stable and controllable, and avoids the error caused by the unstable speed caused by manual pressurization; psi and KN can be selected, the instrument can set the upper limit of pressurization, can apply precise pressure to the sample, after the set pressure is reached, the holding time can be set to evaluate the durability of the sample under a certain pressure.

10. The aluminum automatic centering pull-off unit ensures that the pull-off force is uniform when acting on the test indication when testing on smooth or uneven surfaces, and prevents unilateral pull-off;

11. Liquid crystal display, there are three units: MPa, psi and KN;

12. With the function of pulling force curve display, the change of pulling force in the whole drawing process can be clearly observed;

13. Data can be stored up to 200,000 pieces;
