Overview of the KTQ Adjustable Applicator
JinKeLian adjustable applicators are divided into different according to the width of the coatingKTQ-I、KTQ-II、KTQ-III、KTQ-IV There are 4 models with coating widths of 50mm, 100mm, 150mm and 200mm. The coating accuracy of the KTQ-I/II/III/IV adjustable Film Applicator is ±2μm, and the coating thickness range can be adjusted freely in the range of 0~3500μm, and the gap of the scraper can be adjusted every 10 microns.
KTQ Adjustable Applicator Application
The adjustable applicator adjusts the lower blade up and down to control the gap, i.e., the thickness of the final coating, by adjusting the two differentiators above the applicator.
