Introduction
The framed 100/200/300/400μm Wet Film Applicator is made of wear-resistant stainless steel with a coating width of 160mm, which is a four-sided wet film coater, suitable for sample coating of adhesives, resins, inks, etc.
The Wet Film Applicator is a manual laboratory coater, with different coating width specifications to choose from, using high carbon chromium wear-resistant and anti-corrosion stainless steel, the preparer is used to import three coordinates to detect the dimensional accuracy before leaving the factory to ensure the accuracy of the coating film. SZQ series preparers are available in a variety of shapes such as I-shaped, frame-type, square, etc., and can be divided into single-sided, double-sided, four-sided, and eight-sided Applicators according to the thickness of the coating film. The Wet Film Applicator is suitable for making films such as paints, glues, coatings, inks, new chemical materials, etc., and can be equipped with a film coating machine for automatic film scraping.
