Introduction

A production hot melt adhesive coater is a type of equipment used to apply hot melt adhesive on the surface of different materials. These machines are typically used in industrial production environments where hot melt adhesives need to be applied evenly to the surface of the product for bonding, sealing, or encapsulation purposes. It has the functions of unwinding, scraping, laminating, slitting and winding.

The pilot production hot melt adhesive coater has a maximum coating width of 400 mm, and two Teflon baffles in the tun can easily adjust the coating width to suit different needs. The machine supports unlimited length of coating and gluing, and has an automatic winding function, which greatly improves production efficiency.The forward and reverse stepless speed change function makes the operation more flexible, and the coating speed can be adjusted in a wide range, from 2 to 4.5 m/min. The adjustable knob of the unwinding reel allows you to change the tension to suit different materials, while the receiving reel is mechanically tension controlled to ensure stability when receiving.

• The maximum coating width is 400 mm. The width of the hike is adjusted by two Teflon baffles in the rubber trough. It can be coated and glued in unlimited length, and automatically winded;

• Forward and reverse continuously variable speed;

• The unwinding reel can be adjusted to the knob to change the tension and discharging;

• The rewinding reel can be adjusted by mechanical tension control;

• The warming rod, glue wheel and glue tank can be quickly disassembled and separated from the machine body to remove the residual glue.
