      Introduction

      YN-NMY20 printing ink wear Tester is used for the detection of ink fastness of packaging printing, UV printing, label printing, book printing and other products in the production of offset printing and flexographic printing processes. The ink abrasion Tester is a testing machine used to test the friction resistance of ink in ink prints. According to the friction load of the international standard, the paper, cardboard, leather and other sample prints are rubbed back and forth to test the ink adhesion at the specified speed, and the wear resistance of the ink layer (or coating) is judged by measuring the reduction of density before and after friction (or the reduction of coating thickness), which is suitable for the test test of the wear resistance of the ink layer of printed matter, the wear resistance of the PS plate photosensitive layer and the wear resistance of the surface layer of related products. Effectively analyze the poor rub resistance of printed matter, the peeling of the ink layer, the low print resistance of the PS plate, and the poor coating hardness of other products.

      Determination principle

      Test the adhesion of the ink to judge the quality of the ink. This machine can do dry grinding test, wet grinding test, decolorization change test, paper fuzz test and special friction test. The ink abrasion test is a test method designed to evaluate the abrasion or abrasion resistance of ink on paper or cardboard.
