Introduction

This machine is mainly suitable for coating test of web substrates.

The automatic spraying and coating machine for coil materials is usually composed of the following main components:

Coil conveyor system:It is used to unroll the coil from the roll and transfer it to the spraying or coating area. Conveyor systems typically include drives, tensioners, and coil guides, among others.

Spraying or Coating System:It is used to evenly spray the coating liquid or adhesive onto the surface of the coil. A spraying or coating system typically includes a nozzle, nozzle, or squeegee device, among other things.

Control system:It is used to control parameters such as the speed of coil transfer, the flow rate of spray or coating liquid, and the position of spraying or coating. Control systems typically include control panels, sensors, and automation controls.

Deviation correction function
