Introduction
The new QNix®4500+ dual-purpose coating Thickness Gauge from Nix demonstrates its position in the field of high-precision measurement and its spirit of continuous innovation. The gauge combines advanced technology with a user-friendly design to provide users with a more convenient and reliable measurement solution.
The QNix®4500+ Thickness Gauge provides excellent measurement accuracy with a display accuracy of up to 0.1um to meet the needs of users for accurate measurements. It adopts a 2-inch wide-angle omnidirectional IPS-TFT color LCD display, which allows users to clearly observe the measurement data and understand the condition of the measured object in real time.
The QNix®4500+ gauge has a wide range of applications and can be used to measure non-magnetic material coatings on ferromagnetic substrates such as chromium, zinc, copper, aluminum, etc., as well as non-metallic coatings on non-ferromagnetic substrates such as paints, aluminum oxide films, powders, etc. It is based on the Hall principle for the measurement of magnetic substrates and magnetic eddy current for non-magnetic substrates, which ensures the accuracy and stability of the measurement.
