Introduction
DB13-934-1 and DB13-934-1+ digital display Pap Hardness Tester are newly designed and developed indentation Hardness Testers. It is mainly used in the aluminum processing industry. It is used to test pure aluminum, soft aluminum alloy, thicker aluminum alloy, aluminum plate and strip, aluminum profile, aluminum rod, aluminum casting, aluminum forging and aluminum alloy products; It can also be used in the FRP industry. The relevant industry standards are ASTM B648-10 (2015) "Standard Test Method for Measuring Indentation Hardness of Aluminum Alloys by Baco Indentation Hardness Tester", ASTM D2583-13 "Standard Test Method for Barker Hardness of Rigid Plastics" and GB/T 3854-2005 "Standard Test Method for Barker Hardness of Rigid Plastics" and GB/T 3854-2005 "Test Method for Barker Hardness of Reinforced Plastics".
Features
The Barcol hardness value (HBa) of the material can be measured.
The design of the meter is small, lightweight, one-handed operation, one pressure can be, no experience is required, as long as it is within reach, it can be used on any occasion.
Wide range of tests. It can be tested from very soft pure aluminum to particularly hard aluminum alloy, and the effective test range is equivalent to Brinell hardness 25~150HB.
No support required. The Barcol Hardness Tester is only tested on one side of the specimen and does not require support, making it suitable for testing oversized and oversized workpieces and assemblies.
It has a maximum value hold function to record the maximum hardness value during the measurement.
DB13-934-1+ can additionally measure Brinell hardness (HB) and Vickers hardness values of materials
(HV), Webster Hardness value (HW), Rockwell hardness value (HRB/HRE/HRF/HRH).
DB13-934-1+ has the average value calculation function, which can calculate the average of up to 29 sets of data.
