Introduction
The principle of DB25-ATP-A5 ATP fluorescent bacterial Detector is to use biochemiluminescence technology to change the invisible ATP concentration into visible light output, so as to indirectly display the number of microorganisms with quantitative results, the number is between 0 and 9999, and is expressed in relative light units RLUs. Although RLU is not a real unit of light intensity, it can provide a realistic detection method for ATP biochemiluminescence detection. 1RLU is approximately equal to 1 fmol of ATP.
