DB22-LX series sand mold surface Hardness Tester is used to determine the surface hardness of wet mold sand mold/core, and provides technical parameters for the formulation of molding process.The surface Hardness Tester of sand mold is divided into three types: A, B and C, and the commonly used model is type B.
Type A: Suitable for surface hardness testing of fine sand molds/cores for manual or mechanical low and medium pressure molding.
Type B: Suitable for the surface hardness test of fine and coarse sand molds/cores of manual or mechanical low and medium pressure molding.
Type C: Suitable for sand mold surface hardness testing for high-pressure molding.
