Overview
Wire rod scraper laboratory coating machine TBJ-X2-DJ14 is a customized vacuum adsorption coating machine with increased coating size, with an effective area of 750*1100mm, using wire rod and detachable doctor blade coating method.
Since the main factors affecting the coating film are the coating speed and the pressure applied to the coater, the coating applied by hand is often inconsistent, especially between different people, which makes it difficult to compare the test results between the samples. Our automatic Film Applicator is designed to allow the operator to easily apply a precise wet film on different substrates, which greatly improves the reproducibility of the coating film.
