Introduction

SMJ-1T coal-water slurry apparent viscosity measuring instrument developed in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB/T188564-2008. It is an upgraded version of SMJ-1.The full-scale range and linearity of each gear of the instrument are all measured and corrected through the PC interface, and its measurement performance and function have reached the advanced level of the same type abroad.

• It supports stepless variable speed measurement of viscosity, and any speed input directly reflects the full-scale range under the rotor, which is convenient for users to select test conditions

• Arbitrary interchange of multiple viscosity units

• When the torque is below 10% and above 90%, the measuring range will be alarmed

•  The RTD temperature probe monitors and measures sample temperature in real-time with an accuracy of 0.1°C.

• The temperature measurement range is 0°C-100°C.

• DV data program-controlled analysis software downloads customized measurement programs to the instrument to achieve automatic operation and personalized operation, data collection and analysis, data preservation, historical data comparison and other functions.

• The main control board and subdivision driver board all adopt SMD technology, and the circuit design adopts microcomputer processor, and the structural layout is reasonable and compact.
