Introduction

Inlay is a very important part of the process of metallographic sample preparation, especially for some small samples that are not easy to hold by hand, samples with irregular shapes that need to protect the edges or samples that need to be automatically ground and polished, and the inlay of the sample is an essential process. GGH-1 is a cold mounting machine for sample preparation and rapid curing of resin by irradiation with UV light source. The resin is poured into a specific cold mounting mold and placed in the work chamber, and it takes only 60 seconds to obtain a completely transparent mounting specimen. Fast sample preparation, no air bubbles, can meet the needs of high-quality sample preparation.
