The mortar strength calibrator developed and produced by Tiandi Xinghuo is a calibration instrument used with the mortar disc shear instrument.

The equipment is composed of intelligent numerical displays, high-precision sensors and supporting tooling. Meet the requirements of GB/T50315-2011 "Technical Standard for On-site Testing of Masonry Engineering".

Operating Principle

The working principle of the mortar strength calibrator is: when the mortar sheet shear meter shears the mortar, a pressure is generated, and the force is converted into a digital signal through a high-precision pressure sensor and displayed by the intelligent display. In this way, it is used to determine whether the detection value of the mortar disc shear meter is accurate.
