XH-DH5 masonry mortar strength point load meter is GB/T50315-2011 "masonry engineering on-site inspection technical regulations" and developed and produced, is a special instrument for masonry mortar strength testing, its characteristics are in the field or laboratory direct testing, does not affect the wall force performance, with easy detection, easy operation, high test accuracy and other characteristics, can fully meet the masonry engineering site quality control and old, ancient house quality identification, evaluation of the objective needs.

Structure and characteristics

The point load meter is composed of worm gear, worm mechanical loading system, pressure sensor and intelligent digital pressure display, the sensor is installed on the base of the loading system, and the peak display and the loading system are connected with wires.

When working, put the pre-numbered mortar sample on the pressure head, slowly rotate the handle of the point load meter clockwise by hand, so that the lifting screw moves downward, when the loading head resists the mortar style, the pressure load is generated, and then the load is slowly and evenly applied until the sample is destroyed, and the intelligent digital pressure display will maintain the maximum load at this time.
