Introduction

This hydraulic dispersion mixer is specially designed for the dispersion and mixing of high-viscosity materials, and is suitable for the mixing of gasoline and glue. The equipment is equipped with a 4KW dispersed motor, with a dispersed speed regulation range of 0-1500 rpm, and frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, which can flexibly adjust the speed to meet different process requirements. The low-speed mixing part is driven by a 1.5KW motor, with a speed range of 150-300 revolutions, and also supports frequency conversion speed regulation to ensure the uniformity and stability of the mixing process. The mixer adopts a 100L jacketed closed material cylinder design, with an effective volume of 50L, and is equipped with a water cooling system to control the temperature of the material and prevent volatilization. The whole machine has explosion-proof function, and the explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof electric control box have passed the qualification certification to ensure the safety of operation in dangerous environments. The material contact part of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The hydraulic lifting design is combined with a closed mechanical seal to effectively prevent material leakage and volatilization, and is a device for handling high-viscosity materials.
