Roughness Gauge Probes (Sensors) KAIRDA KS110 Curved Probe

Introduction

KAIDA Roughness Tester has three surface roughness Testers: NDT120, NDT150 and NDT110, which can measure various special-shaped surfaces such as plane, curved surface, groove, round surface, etc., but different roughness Tester probes are required to realize the measurement of different surfaces .

Aedas roughness Tester probes, also called sensors, have four models: KS100/ KS110 /KS120/KS131, which are standard probes , small hole probes , curved surface probes , and deep groove probes.

Probe Features

1. Standard probe KS100: It can measure the surface roughness of plane and cylinder. When measuring the inner surface of the hole, the minimum aperture is 5mm and the maximum depth is 22mm.

2. Small hole probe KS120: It can measure the inner surface roughness of holes with a diameter greater than 2mm, and the maximum depth is 9mm. It can also measure plane and cylindrical surfaces.

3. Deep groove probe KS131: It can measure grooves with a groove width greater than 3mm and a groove depth less than 10mm; or the surface roughness of steps with a height less than 10mm. It can also measure planes and cylinders, and is used with a measuring platform.

4. Surface probe KS110: measure cylindrical surfaces with a radius greater than 3mm.

Note: The sensor above 1 is not long enough to be equipped with an extension rod. The lateral displacement can also be equipped with an adapter rod.
