Introduction
The ceramic unglazed brick wear-resistant Tester adopts the deceleration mechanism of cycloidal needle teeth meshing planetary transmission principle, which has the characteristics of compact structure, stable transmission, low noise and constant output transmission speed. The test time can be preset, and has a digital display function, when the predetermined time is reached, the motor will automatically stop rotating.
The Tester, GB/T3810.6-2006 "Wear Resistance Test Method for Unglazed Bricks" and ISO10545-6-1995 "Test Method for Deep Abrasion Resistance of Unglazed Bricks", GB/T12988-2009 "Inorganic Ground Material Wear Resistance Test Method" for the requirements of the test instrument.
It is suitable for the wear resistance test of brittle materials such as unglazed bricks and cement pavement bricks. It is to improve the inspection conditions of building ceramics and accessories manufacturers, improve the testing level, and ensure the inspection of products.
Operating Principle
The instrument is composed of a power transmission part, a specimen fixture part, an abrasive storage and supply part and an electrical control part. The grinding wheel rotates at a constant speed, and the sample is in contact with the friction steel wheel by applying pressure weights to % pressure, and the abrasive enters the grinding area evenly according to the specified flow rate, and the grinding pit is generated on the surface of the sample under the action of the abrasive. The degree of wear of the specimen is expressed by measuring the pit chord length (to 0.5 mm) on the surface of the specimen and calculating the pit volume. Each specimen is evaluated by the average wear volume of the two parts.
