• Rugged construction to withstand the abuse of a production environment

• Fits infinitely long laminated samples up to 23 inches (58 cm) wide

• The upper and lower rollers are 2 inches (5 cm) in diameter and 24 inches (61 cm) in surface width

• The upper and lower rollers have a steel core and are covered with silicone rubber of 80 hardness

• The lower roller is driven, and the upper roller is idling

• Compressed air required - max. 90 PSI (6 bar)

• The air pressure can be adjusted to suit different lamination pressure levels

• Lamination pressure (LP) can be estimated using the following formula: LP = (3.4 x tubing pressure) / sample width

• Both laminator drums are equipped with flow control devices to ensure smooth and safe operation

• Safety features include appropriate guards and an emergency stop switch

• Universal input Voltage from 85-265 VAC (50/60 Hz)

• Operating temperature range 32°-150°F (0°-70°C)

• The lamination length can be measured

• Digital control to control speed, unit of measurement and jog function
