Principle

Thus, an analog signal proportional to the measured surface roughness is generated at the output end of the phase-sensitive Detector, and the signal enters the data acquisition system after amplification and level conversion, and the DSP chip digitally filters and calculates the parameters of the collected data, and the measurement results are given on the display, can also be output on the printer, and can also communicate with the PC.
