    The QFM coating grinding testing machine is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the new standard for grinding experiments. This instrument is mainly used to determine the grinding properties of indoor putty such as interior walls and ceilings of buildings.

    The structure of the instrument is reasonable and reliable, the operation is simple, the automatic counting, and the whole machine has good repeatability.

Structure and working principle

    The instrument is mainly composed of grinding blocks and fixtures, sliding frames, experimental benches, motors, power switches, counters and other components.

    The test block with sandpaper is placed on the coating surface of the test board in a straight reciprocating motion. After grinding to the specified number of times, observe the area of putty powder on the sandpaper to judge the grindability of the coating.

Use and Operation

   1. Fix the test plate horizontally on the test bench plate of the grinding machine, the coating side is facing up, and the test plate shall not be moved in series during work.

   2. Unscrew the ingots nut on the cross arm, remove the cross arm and the grinding block parts, rotate the shaft and nut on the grinding block parts, paste the (120) back (No. 0) dry sanding paper (190 * 90 user provided) on the grinding block and reinstall the cross arm parts back on the grinding testing machine, so that the grinding block is placed on the putty coating of the test plate, so that the grinding parts can move up and down freely in the cross arm, and the weight completely falls on the test plate.

   3. Turn on the power supply. Set the number of grinding times according to the standard requirements, turn on the power switch, and press the number switch to make the count display the set value. Then press the power to start, and the instrument will start to work (if there is a value display after turning on the power, please press the reset switch).

   4. The counting display starts to count automatically, and when the set value is reduced to zero, the instrument will automatically stop working, and the experiment will be completed. If you want to stop the machine in the middle of the machine, press the pause switch to stop.

   5. Press the reset switch, take out the test plate, and observe and judge the experimental results.

After the test, carefully remove the cross arm and grinding block parts, and visually inspect the grinding powder stained on the sandpaper for 20%-80% of the sandpaper area.

Precautions for use

   1. When the instrument is working, the counter shall not be set arbitrarily.

   2. The placement of the instrument should be based on the level before the test.

   3. Sandpaper needs to be replaced for each test.

   4. After using it together for a long time, the instrument should be disassembled and 20# oil should be injected into the gearbox. Oil should also be injected into the boreholes of the two guide bars, but not excessively.
