Application

This instrument is used to determine the adhesion ability of various coating films to the surface of the coated object.

Structural principle

This instrument is desktop and is divided into four parts.

1. The main transmission part is composed of motor, toothed belt, toothed pulley, helical gear transmission and depiction head. The depiction head is composed of a nose screw, a silk mother and an eccentric head.

2. The workbench part is composed of a lead screw, a half-open nut and a test bench.

3. The base is composed of slide rails and electrical control. Electrical control includes piercing display circuits and control motor circuits.

4. The stroke limit control device is composed of a stop energy head and a micro switch.

How to use:

1. Prepare a sample according to the requirements of the regulations.

2. Check the steel needle and replace it with a new steel needle at the beginning of use (the tip of the needle is about 3mm away from the work table).

3. The eccentric position of the needle tip should be adjusted according to the required depiction diameter, and then fastened with screws.

4. Install the coating film side of the prepared sample on the workbench with a pressing plate. Lift the movable half-nut to move the table to the outer end.

5. Close the power switch, close the motor switch, rotate the head to turn the pressure rod and add the weight until the piercing display light is on, and put down the half-open nut.

6. Judge the test adhesion of the coating film according to the garden rolling line pattern.
