Introduction

The touchscreen version of the Colorimeter LS172 is an instrument designed with a 45°/0° optical geometry, using a 3.5-inch IPS color screen and a capacitive touch screen, which has a good operating experience. The instrument integrates multiple natural Color Charts, which can quickly match the three Color Chart numbers that are close to the sample color, and has the function of color difference comparison, supports a variety of standard color addition methods, can set the color difference threshold, can flexibly select the color difference formula, and realizes QC rapid detection.

Application

The LS172 is designed with a 45°/0° optical geometry for a wide range of applications. It is usually used in paint, test strip printing, decorations, leather and cotton, textile printing, plastics and other industries in product color measurement and management, product color difference quality control and other links.

Features

1. The instrument adopts a 3.5-inch IPS color capacitive touch screen, which can be operated without buttons, and can be operated by touch screen, which has a good user operation experience.

2. The instrument is ready to use when it is turned on; Color measurement can be achieved by pressing the point measurement button or pressing the power button, and the color value can be quickly detected in 1 second.

Two clicks can complete the color difference comparison, turn on the QC detection function, batch detection, and the color difference threshold can be customized, so as to quickly achieve quality control. It also provides color bias indication for the three color channels of Lab, making color matching easier and more convenient.

3. The instrument has a number of built-in electronic Color Charts, and the color measurement quickly matches the three Color Chart numbers that are relatively close, with an accuracy rate of more than 90%.

4. The instrument has a variety of color spaces such as Lab\RGB\CMYK and a variety of color difference formulas to choose from, matching the color measurement needs of various industries.

Precautions

1. Due to the color difference of the LCD screen, the color displayed on the instrument screen is for reference only.

2. Please make sure that the sample is uniform and the surface is flat and clean, otherwise the measurement accuracy will be affected.

3. When the instrument has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to use it after calibration.

4. The base should be stored in a clean place after being removed from the main unit to avoid staining the standard board.

5. Do not insert any object into the instrument to clean it, as this will damage the instrument and affect the measurement accuracy and operation safety.

6. When the battery of the instrument is empty, it should be charged in time.

7. If the instrument is not used for more than half a year, it needs to be charged regularly to prevent the battery from being damaged by over-discharge.

8. It is recommended that the verification period is one year.
