High shear emulsifiers are designed to efficiently, quickly and evenly distribute one or more phases into another continuous phase, which is normally insoluble with each other. Due to the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy brought by the high-frequency mechanical effect, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, so that the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase can be dispersed and emulsified evenly and finely in an instant under the joint action of the corresponding mature process and appropriate amount of additives, and finally obtain stable high-quality products after high-frequency reciprocation.
