Introduction

The RVDV-2+LC-1008 Thermostatic Bath Digital Display Rotary Viscometer is a laboratory instrument designed for high-precision fluid viscosity measurement. It has a wide viscosity measurement range from 40 to 40,000,000 mPa·s, which can meet the testing needs of a wide range of complex fluids.

The device is equipped with a digital display operation interface, which can clearly display key parameters such as viscosity, shear rate, shear stress, rotational speed, temperature, etc., and provide the rotor number and the maximum viscosity value that can be measured at the current speed, which is easy to operate and intuitive to read. The speed control adopts a stepless speed change design, with a range of 0.1200rpm, which can accurately adapt to the testing requirements of different fluids. The LC-1008 thermostat adopts intelligent PID temperature control technology, with a temperature control range of -10°C to 100°C and a temperature fluctuation as low as ±0.050.1°C, ensuring high-precision viscosity testing under different temperature conditions. The thermostatic bath has the function of internal and external circulation, and the pump flow rate is 12L/min, which can effectively ensure the uniformity of the temperature in the tank. In addition, the thermostat is equipped with safety and auxiliary functions such as low level alarm, pressure/suction pump, etc., to ensure the safety and stability of equipment operation.
