Introduction
The CA-680 laser dust particle counter (hereinafter referred to as the instrument) is used to measure the particle size distribution and number of dust particles per unit volume in a clean environment, and can directly detect and determine the clean environment with a cleanliness level of A or B area. With excellent functions and characteristics, the instrument provides 0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10μm six channels with specific particle size and 2.83L/min (1ft3/min) flow rate. The instrument adopts semiconductor laser light source, large-size touch LCD screen display, its small size, light weight, high detection accuracy, simple and clear function operation, microcomputer control, can directly print sampling and testing results, and the test clean environment is very convenient.
Operating Principle
This instrument adopts the principle of light scattering, through the detection laser of the laser optical sensor for perception, the light scattering intensity is proportional to the luminous flux of its particle size, when the suspended particles in the air pass through the photosensitive area, the scattered scattered light is accepted by the photosensitive element and generates a pulse signal, and the diameter and number of the collected particles are obtained after photoelectric conversion, amplification and processing, so as to detect the size and number of dust particles.
