This machine adopts permanent magnet DC motor, low noise, can start zero, low price, but the starting torque is small, and the speed fluctuates with the change of Voltage and load, which is suitable for scientific research, colleges and universities and factory laboratories.

Features

The controller of the machine adopts a fast 1T single-chip microcomputer as the core component, uses pulse width modulation (PWM) DC speed regulation technology, and the driving part uses CMOS tubes, which has the characteristics of high speed regulation accuracy, fast response speed, wide speed regulation range and low loss. The motor part is a permanent magnet DC motor, which has the characteristics of stable speed and low noise. The stirring bar is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant. Independent control box, can be operated away from the workbench.

How to use:

  This series of instruments is easy to operate, first of all, be familiar with the manual and the functions of each part of the control box panel, complete the installation of each component, and adjust the height according to the requirements. Turn on the power switch, set the time, adjust to the desired speed, and you can work. 

Precautions

1. When using, if you find that the stirring rod is not centered and the stirring is unstable, please adjust the support chuck to make the stirring rod concentric. If using a triangular flask for stirring, align the tamper bar with the center and then turn the machine on again.

2. When using the power supply suddenly, please check (1) whether the power cord plug is loose or falling off, and (2) the fuse is broken. If this is not the case, please contact us.

3. Safe use of electricity, the product uses 220V AC power supply, and the power socket should be a three-hole safety socket, which needs to be properly grounded.
