Introduction

This machine is suitable for the coating of laboratory babu agent, and can also be applied to the production of small quantities of products. The evenly mixed gel is evenly coated on the rolled out non-woven fabric, and then compounded with the rolled out film to obtain a long strip of finished product, and the gap between the non-woven roller and the film roller can be adjusted to obtain different coating thicknesses.

This machine adopts roller coating design, and the whole machine is mainly composed of:

Release liner and non-woven unwinding device

They are equipped with a simple tensioning device to adjust the discharge speed of the release liner and nonwoven

Coating device

1. The release paper drive roller and the non-woven drive roller are all surface treated with a certain anti-slip function

2. Coating thickness adjustment device - adjust the gap between the release paper and the non-woven fabric

3. Coating width adjustment device - adjust the distance between the baffles at both ends of the roller

Motor drives

 It is driven by gears and synchronous belts, and has a special stepless speed regulating motor with a motor power of about 120W
