JINGXIN JL-A303 flowability Tester

Introduction

JL-A303 fluidity Tester is an instrument used to test powder fluidity and bulk density. Any powder that can flow freely through a funnel with a pore size of 2.5 mm or 5 mm can use this device.

Application

It is used for the detection of fluidity and loose density of related powder materials such as industrial chemistry, metal industry, new materials, new energy, scientific research institutions, and quality inspection institutions. 、

Instrument structure

Funnel - The funnel is made of stainless steel 304, and its inner surface has been carefully and specially polished, smooth and easy to clean, and has sufficient wall thickness and hardness, durable and wear-resistant and not easy to deform.

Brackets, bases, and trays – Brackets are used to secure the funnel, and the base is used to mount the bracket and tray, which is placed on the base to collect the powder.

Graduated cylinder - This device is equipped with a stainless steel (304 material) graduated cylinder with a volume of 25ml. The distance between the funnel flow outlet and the upper edge of the graduated cylinder is 25mm.

Steel ruler and stopper rod - both made of stainless steel, durable and easy to clean.

Stopwatch – measures time down to 0.01s.

Balance - need to be provided by the user, the maximum weight is 1Kg, and the accuracy is 0.02g.
