Introduction

H300 dual-beam Spectrophotometer is a precision instrument used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances in scientific research, testing and other fields. • The application of high-performance 1200L/mm ultraviolet special grating, coupled with the fusion of unique monochromator optical path and imported photoelectric converter, ensures the low stray light, high resolution and high luminosity linearity of the instrument.

• The large sample chamber can be selected with a maximum of 10cm sample holder according to different requirements to meet the needs of special industries.

• The use of imported long-life deuterium lamp and tungsten lamp ensures the high-quality requirements of the instrument for the energy of the light source, enables the instrument to be in a high stability state for a long time, enhances the reliability, and prolongs the service life of the instrument.

• It has an advanced automatic correction of wavelength error function, which further ensures the test accuracy of the instrument. The integration of computer and host, large-screen color Chinese/English touch screen interface, with large-scale integrated circuits, makes it highly intelligent and automated, embodies the sense of science and technology, is smooth and convenient to use, and reads the relevant data and maps of the tested samples clearly and intuitively.

• The instrument has photometric, quantitative, regression equation, kinetics, multi-wavelength, DNA/protein, peak-to-valley detection and other testing functions, and is equipped with an automatic eight-cell sample holder as standard. (This function is not available on the UV1600/UV1800)

• The configuration of special software makes the instrument have a super memory function, which can quickly restore the test state when it is turned on again, and memorize the relevant data and spectrum curves that have been tested, so as to facilitate the export of relevant data and spectrum curves. You can also import the saved relevant data parameters and spectrum curves into the worksheet for comparison and analysis with the current test spectrum.

• The USB interface can be equipped with a computer, printer, special software, peripherals such as keyboard or mouse, and related operating tools.
