Introduction

CSX2-9-17T high temperature chamber Resistance Furnace, volume 12L, rated power 9kw, using high-quality silicon-molybdenum rod as heating element, the fastest heating speed up to 10°C/min, the common temperature 1550°C, the maximum temperature up to 1700°C. The temperature control mode is 30 stages of intelligent program control, with B-type thermocouples, and the constant temperature accuracy is ±1°C. Equipped with high-purity alumina polycrystalline fiber curing furnace, good thermal insulation performance and energy saving, side-opening furnace door design, furnace size 300200200mm. It has the characteristics of rapid temperature rise and fall, temperature field balance, stable temperature control, easy operation, low energy consumption, and has functions such as overcurrent protection, couple break prompt, and over-temperature alarm. The product is equipped with asbestos gloves, crucible pliers, thermocouples as standard, and can also be equipped with a grate frame and control software to realize remote monitoring and modification of the status program curve of the electric furnace to meet the needs of diverse high-temperature experiments.
